We're looking for a high performing and driven individual to provide PA support to three of our leaders – our Executive Director - HR, Head of HR - Europe and our Head of Communications. This is a maternity cover for a minimum of 9 months
What is the overall job?
We're a fast paced (but fun!) business and all three leaders are often faced with conflicting priorities and busy schedules. Your primary role is to enable them to be as effective and efficient as possible in their role through providing them with exceptional support. In return, you'll get the exposure to senior leadership and contribute to the success of the business and its people strategy.
What will I be doing day to day?
You'll need to be able to manage three very busy schedules and whilst there is no average day at Multiplex, you'll frequently be arranging meetings, booking rooms and proactively administering and managing the diaries and activities of the individuals you support. You'll also be responsible for booking travel for each leader and their teams. The list of what you'll be doing is pretty varied but it means you'll never be bored!
What do I need to be super successful in this role?
It almost goes without saying, but working at this level means that confidentiality and discretion are critical along with the exceptional organisational skills required by a great Personal Assistant. You'll have a strong attention to detail and be quick to respond and take action. The ability to build highly effective and trustworthy relationships will be key to this person's success in the role. The right person will be able to think 5 steps ahead of the people they're supporting in regards to their requirements and their needs, helping them to prepare days and weeks ahead of schedule to ensure they can be as impactful as possible in the work that they do. Strong experience of using Excel and Powerpoint is also beneficial for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a career PA to be able to grow and develop their skills and would suit someone with a strong interest or background in HR.
